After 101 minutes, Chelsea reversed Manchester United 4-3 and Liverpool 3-1 to reach the top of the Premier League
The 31st round of the Premier League continues this week, with Liverpool taking on vice-winners Sheffield United at Anfield, while Manchester United travel to Chelsea again.
