This year is a little different, it has become a cloud sweep tomb, a sacrifice sweep or an appointment to sweep, although the form is different, but the Qingming ceremony is still there.

Qingming is the magic power of Chinese ancestors

Qingming Festival is a festival that makes you recall everything. It reminds you where you came from, your ancestors, and how they fought and worked hard for life.
Writer Shi Tiesheng once said: "I believe that everyone who has lived can add a ray of light to the road of future generations." Maybe it's a superstar, maybe it's a torch, maybe it's just a candle with tears in your eyes......"
The courage to regain our life is actually the blessing of our ancestors.

Qingming is not forgetting the roots
It has been said that a person dies three times in his life: the first time is when he dies, and biologically he dies. The second time was when he was buried, people came to his funeral, remembering his life, and in society he died.
The third time was the last one to remember him, forgetting him, and that's when he was really dead.
Qingming is a festival that faces death.
When we were children, our elders led us to sweep the graves, and when we grew up, we led our children to the graves, and the family was neatly cleaned, cleaning up the weeds as in previous years, painting the words on the stele with red paint, lighting incense, burning paper, and worshipping. Then turn your head, tell our children, tell them the story of our ancestors, and then light incense, burn paper, and worship without dropping.
Some people say: There is a gap between you and death, and when your parents die, you face death.
In the past, I didn't understand the most common sentence on the lips of people when they were old: fallen leaves return to their roots.
Later, I slowly understood that compared to going home during the Spring Festival, Qingming is to remind us: to be a man, we must not forget our roots.

Qingming, learn to say goodbye with love

"In the river of time day after day, festivals are like docks moored, people wander in the meantime, experience a certain situation, adjust their emotions to the wave of excitement, and let go of their feelings, so that ordinary days have ups and downs.
And Qingming is a self-healing in this long river.
In Feng Zikai's memory, it was a grand event to worship his ancestors every year when he was young, and he went to the grave for three days during the Qingming Festival. On the first day, they went to the "Yangzhuang Grave" in their own village; on the first day of the Qingming Festival, they rented two big boats from Wutiao Village of the same clan and went to the "Everyone's Grave"; and on the last day, several members of their family went to the "private grave."
In this year-to-year ceremony, the fathers talk about the shortcomings of the parents, and the children laugh and play, so they are not comforting the ancestors: the children and grandchildren are full, the family is prosperous, and you can rest assured!
How many years later, the three-year-old child Ciyu has become a white-haired old man Feng Zikai, but these scenes are still vivid, allowing him to live a rich life with love and tenderness.
Since ancient times, love and hatred have been bitter, and people have joys and sorrows. Qingming is to let us learn to say goodbye with love and get along with love.
Today is Qingming, and every time I brush up on my mobile phone video recently, what I am most afraid of seeing and hearing is the news that one person has left us one after another.
Even sadder, some have already left.
In this era that we have experienced together, they may be ordinary people like you and me, but because of some choices and some persistence, they have illuminated the world like stars.
Some people say that when a star falls, people on earth can only light the light for the star, and there is nothing they can do.
But remembering is the best power. Remember, they didn't really leave, they just changed places and lived in the hearts of those who loved them.
I miss Qingming, and I don't forget that they have come, loved, lived, and struggled for the beauty of this world.
