In order to further standardize the surrounding environment and order of the campus, and create a clean, safe and orderly learning environment for teachers and students, the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade of Lianshui County Urban Management Bureau of Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province has comprehensively optimized the order of the campus and the surrounding city, and carried out the "school and school protection" action on a regular basis to escort the smooth enrollment of students and protect the children's "road to school" with practical actions.
The brigade planned in advance, scientifically deployed, and refined measures, combined with the traffic flow around the campus and the force allocation of the traffic police department, formulated a detailed work plan, and clearly set up points and post tasks. In view of the characteristics of more shops along the street and a large flow of people around some campuses, the brigade has adopted a combination of points and areas and key control measures, and tilted the law enforcement force of urban management in advance during the peak hours of school and school flow, and opened the work mode of "fixed post duty + low peak inspection" in densely populated and traffic congestion areas around the school, and adopted the working mechanism of "car patrol" + "foot patrol" and "regular post inspection", and vigorously investigated and dealt with the road occupation around the school. Behaviors and phenomena such as disorderly parking of shared bicycles, urge the businesses around the school to strictly implement the "City Appearance and Sanitation Responsibility Area System", publicize the relevant laws and regulations of urban management to the merchants, and ensure that the operation is standardized and civilized in the business process.
The brigade actively communicates with the traffic police, schools and other departments, reasonably deploys duty forces, and coordinates with the city, the police and the school to strengthen the traffic guidance of the roads around the campus, and takes the "student protection post" as a way to publicize safety and prevention knowledge to students and parents, remind them to pay attention to traffic safety and self-protection, and jointly maintain the "safety net" around the campus to ensure the safety of children.
In addition to the daily inspection and management, the urban management law enforcement team members also acted as "volunteers" during the peak hours of students entering the school, patrolling back and forth around the school gate, assisting in the guidance of vehicles and sending the principals, and guiding the vehicles on the roads around the campus to park in an orderly manner, that is, stop and go, so as to avoid the phenomenon of crowding and congestion during the peak period of school, and effectively guard the "point", protect the "line", and control the "surface", so that the children can walk into the campus safely and happily and start their daily learning life.
The establishment of the "student protection post" not only improves the traffic order around the campus, standardizes the city environment, but also eliminates potential safety hazards, creates a good learning life and travel environment for the majority of teachers and students, and has been unanimously praised by teachers, students and parents. In the next step, the brigade will continue to follow the principle of "law enforcement for the people, service first", strengthen communication and cooperation with schools, public security traffic police and other departments, take measures to combine centralized rectification and normal control, fixed-point duty and mobile inspection, vigorously carry out the renovation of the cityscape and environmental sanitation around the campus, further consolidate the effectiveness of the special rectification in the early stage, continuously improve the level of urban fine management, and make every effort to create a clean, tidy, civilized and orderly city environment around the campus. At the same time, it also calls on the general public to pay attention to the safety of children and jointly escort their healthy growth.
