On March 18, Wang Moumou, a villager in Fangshan District, Beijing, negligently caused a fire during the yellow warning for gale and the orange warning for forest fire danger in the cultivated land. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the public security organs decided to give Wang Moumou 12 days of administrative detention and a fine of 1,000 yuan by the comprehensive law enforcement team of the local government.
