And "green, fat, red and thin" because Li Qingzhao became famous, has become an idiom, one refers to the begonia flowers gradually withered in the wind and rain, giving way to the lush green leaves, the beauty of the flowers, and the second refers to the twilight spring scenery, falling flowers all over the ground, spring green everywhere. Of course, there are also some metaphors.
It is generally believed that Li Qingzhao wrote this work when he was about 18 years old, and it is considered to be the wealth and leisure in the girl's boudoir, but when I read the poems of Han Wei in the late Tang Dynasty and Huang Ji in the early years of the Song Dynasty, I have another feeling.

Han Wei is Li Shangyin's nephew, the boy who was encouraged by Li Shangyin to be a young phoenix and clear the old phoenix. Han Wei was a generation later than Li Shangyin, and lived in the turbulent late Tang Dynasty. Li Shangyin died at the age of 46, while Han Wei was only promoted to the Jinshi at the age of 45. I often think that Han Wei was deeply influenced by Li Shangyin.

Then Li Qingzhao's green, fat, red and thin, or there is another sentimentality. Because the man is bolder and more energetic, but she is old.
Li Qingzhao's husband should have a concubine. In ancient times, a man's concubinage was not considered a deception of the main family. But from an emotional point of view, it's clearly irritating and disappointing.
