——Documentary of the mathematics open class activities of Sanligang Primary School, Yu'an District, Lu'an City
"Concentrate on teaching and research, diligent exploration, rooted in teaching and promote improvement". In order to practice the concept of "new curriculum standards", improve classroom teaching ability, and promote the professional growth of teachers, Sanligang Primary School in Yu'an District, Lu'an City, carried out the teaching and research activity of "one to one" "same class heterogeneity" of the second-grade mathematics group. The activity went through three links: "early grinding, classroom display, and collective evaluation", which were taught by teacher Cheng Xiaohe and teacher E Xiaoqian, and all members of the school's mathematics subject listening and evaluation guidance group and some teachers of the mathematics group participated in the teaching and research activities.

Research without teaching is empty, and teaching without research is shallow. In the group evaluation session, the two teachers analyzed the courses they taught and reflected on the shortcomings of teaching. The teachers expressed their opinions and frank exchanges in terms of teaching content and teaching methods, pointed out the highlights of their teaching and the places to be improved, and put forward reasonable suggestions on further optimizing the teaching process and improving the efficiency of classroom teaching.
This teaching and research activity has made a good start for the teaching and research work of our school in the new semester, and has also promoted the steady improvement of the teaching ability of the majority of teachers.
