On the afternoon of March 25, the Songshan Lake Party Construction Work Office, the Party Committee of the Northern Area and the Dongguan 120 Pre-hospital First Aid Volunteer Service Team carried out the first first aid training for the construction of the Songshan Lake "Social First Aid 4-minute Rescue Circle" demonstration area in Songshan Lake Zhishang Kindergarten. The targets of this training include the teachers of Songshan Lake Zhishang Kindergarten and the property personnel of Songjinyuan Community, a total of about 60 people.
This training course has a variety of forms, and the offline first aid training is carried out by the city's 120 pre-hospital emergency service team, which explains in detail how to identify cardiac arrest, as well as how to open the airway, remove foreign bodies, implement artificial respiration, chest cardiac compressions and other operational steps and methods. Subsequently, the training arranged simulated first aid scenarios for participants to experience and implement first aid measures, helping them fully master first aid skills and improve their ability to cope in real situations.
At present, 4,000 volunteers have registered for the first aid platform in Dongguan, and it is expected that 13,000 first aid volunteers will be trained in Songshan Lake by the end of the year. Long Xinzhong, captain of the city's 120 pre-hospital emergency service team, said that the realization of this goal will greatly improve the emergency response capacity of the entire park and provide a solid line of defense for the life safety of residents.

It is understood that on the same day, 60 trainees can obtain a formal social first aid volunteer certificate after passing the training, and become an important member of the social first aid 4-minute rescue circle. The information of the first aid volunteers is incorporated into the emergency response system developed by Tencent, and through the "Penguin First Aid Assistant" mini program, when users call for emergency medical in an emergency, the system will send a distress message to nearby licensed first responders, and patients will be able to receive professional and effective first aid help more quickly.

In order to orderly promote the construction of the Songshan Lake "Social First Aid 4-minute Rescue Circle" demonstration area, the Songshan Lake Party Building Work Office has formulated a detailed training plan for social first aid volunteers. The plan is divided into 8 months, and the target training groups cover various social groups such as leading cadres and staff of party and government organs, social workers, social health medical personnel, grid members, firefighters, traffic police, patrol brigade members (iron horses), police station officers, full-time safety officers, sanitation workers, and members of volunteer service teams. It is expected to train 13,000 licensed social first aid volunteers through offline training.
In addition, Songshan Lake has also introduced AI automatic training machine technology, which means that in addition to face-to-face practical operations and on-site drills, participants can also conduct self-study and assessment through the intelligent system, which will greatly improve the efficiency and coverage of training, and make the popularization of first aid skills more extensive and in-depth.
