"I announce that the first truck of garbage from the domestic waste incineration power plant in the central urban area of Pu'er has entered the site!" At 10:16 a.m. on March 25, with the issuance of the entry order, the first garbage truck slowly drove into the domestic waste incineration power plant. After passing through the weighbridge platform and the trestle passage, the garbage transport truck enters the unloading hall, and under the command of the on-site management personnel, the garbage is smoothly emptied into the garbage pool.
It is understood that the Pu'er central urban domestic waste incineration power plant project is located in Mangguo Mountain, north of Lianhua Village, Simao Street, Simao District, covering an area of 157.03 acres, with a daily processing capacity of about 800 tons of municipal solid waste and a total investment of 523.07 million yuan. The project is divided into two phases, and the first phase of construction has been basically completed, and the second phase of construction site has been reserved. The construction scale of the first phase of the project is about 500 tons of garbage entering the plant per day, about 400 tons of garbage entering the furnace, with an annual power generation capacity of 54.97 million kWh, an annual on-grid electricity of 46.72 million kWh, and an annual processing capacity of about 160,000 tons.
The technological process of the project is transported to the garbage storage pit by the domestic garbage transport truck through the garbage trestle, fermented in the storage pit for 5-7 days, transported to the incinerator by the garbage hanging grab for incineration, and the high-temperature flue gas generated is sent to the waste heat furnace steam drum through the pipeline to generate high-temperature saturated steam, which is sent to the steam turbine generator set through the main steam pipeline for work and power generation. The leachate generated in the storage pit is pumped to the leachate treatment station for treatment by the lifting pump, and then reused in the circulating water system after reaching the standard. The flue gas produced by the incinerator is discharged to the atmosphere after desulfurization and denitrification meet the standard.
"The garbage poured into the garbage storage pit is fermented to produce odor and is pumped into the boiler by the induced draft fan, and the negative pressure is formed in the storage pit due to the effect of the induced draft fan, and the plant has good sealing, and the garbage odor will not overflow. According to the design process, domestic waste can finally be turned into electricity, and the electric energy can be continuously transported to thousands of households. Luo Jinglin, general manager of the domestic waste incineration power plant project in the central area of Pu'er, said that the first truck of garbage entered the site smoothly, had the conditions for operation, and entered the trial operation stage, laying the foundation for the next grid-connected power generation to officially start operation. After the project is put into operation, the domestic waste incineration power plant in the central urban area of Pu'er will take over the domestic waste treatment work in the central urban area of Pu'er, realize the reduction, harmlessness and resource treatment of urban and rural waste, and play an important role in promoting the improvement of the living environment. At the same time, the domestic waste landfill in Simao District will also be shut down to effectively alleviate the problem of odor disturbing the people.
