Why is it called Maozi Bridge? It turns out that there is a story of the Chinese people resisting the Russian invaders that has been handed down to this day.
In the twenty-sixth year of Guangxu (1900), there were only a dozen or so households occupying the deserted Baijiadian Tun (now because there is a big ditch in the middle of the tunzi, so it is divided into Baijiadian Tun before and after), surrounded by more than ten miles of large forests; There is an "official road" in front of Tun, which was the only way to pass through Nantong "Shipyard" (Jilin City), Yile Zheku Station (Xiushui Dianzi, Xiushui Township, Yushu County), Beimengwen Station (Jiefang Village, Wukeshu Town, Yushu County), and Weidu Hall (Fuyu City) and Harbin. Because of the panic of the soldiers in that year, the Tsarist Russian invading army (the common people called "Lao Maozi") often came to riot. As soon as Lao Maozi came, he committed adultery and murder, and the bad things were done, and the people hated the bones.
There is a family named Bai Qingfang living on the side of the official road, Bai Qingfang and his family rely on farming, fishing and hunting to survive, and Jing Bai Qingfang did not leave home easily that year. In the autumn of that year, two Tsarist soldiers, one wearing a big gay hat and the other wearing a hat like a half-Lagua, carrying guns and riding a large ocean horse, came from the east to the gate of Baiqing Square and stopped. It seemed that the one wearing the big cap hat was the official, and the two of them chattered for a while, and the one wearing the big cap came to the courtyard of Bai Qingfang. The two people in the house wanted to hide but didn't hurry, so Yu Crisp didn't hide. The daughter-in-law was careful, bold and reasonable, and quickly said, "We have to think of a way to ......." The daughter-in-law arranged it as she spoke, afraid that the party would go to the "back gate" of the east house...... Mao Ziguan, who was drunk and smoky, broke into the east house, said the stiff Chinese word "Shanggao", and moved his hands and feet at his daughter-in-law. The daughter-in-law was unhurried and gestured to ask him for "Silver Ocean", Mao Ziguan patted his pocket and laughed. The daughter-in-law gestured again for him to put down the gun, take off his coat, and take off his hat. When it was over, Mao Ziguan pounced on his daughter-in-law, and without waiting for Mao Ziguan to make a move, Bai Xiaofang came out with an axe from the back fence and rushed at the back of Mao Ziguan's head. The daughter-in-law picked up the awl from the kang and pierced it into Mao Ziguan's eyes at once, so that the old Maozi lay down and died without saying a word. The two of them hurriedly dragged the dead body to the potato cellar in the outhouse, threw the coat and gun into the cellar, and covered it; The ground was padded with ash. As soon as he finished cleaning up, the Mao Zibing on the other side of the tree tied up his horse and came to the courtyard. The daughter-in-law hurriedly settled, and the cat went to the Westinghouse and closed the door. Lao Maozi entered the East House and muttered to Bai Qingfang for a while, as if asking where the official went, Bai Qingfang pointed to the West House, and it seemed that Mao Zibing didn't dare to look for it. At this time, the daughter-in-law came out of the West House, and as soon as she entered the East House, Mao Zibing forced Bai Qingfang to the West House, and after putting down the gun and taking off the coat, he ran to the daughter-in-law. At this time, Bai Qingfang suddenly came from behind, holding a gun in his hand, as if he was meeting a wolf, and pierced the old Maozi's rib fan, and the blood immediately flowed down the barrel of the gun, and the daughter-in-law picked up the "soldering iron" (used for ironing clothes) from the kang and rushed to Maozibing's brain. The two of them hurriedly pushed the dead body, guns, and coats into the potato cellar; The son led the horse into the woods to the river and let go, and the horse ran along the river in the direction of the Ben Yile temporary storage station.
In the middle of the night that day, Bai Qingfang and his family dragged Lao Maozi's body to the side of the small bridge in the ditch in front of the door and threw it to the bottom of the ditch to bury it; Throw the bead gun into the well. Since then, the small bridge in front of Tuen Mun in front of the former Baijiadian and the place where the Russian invading soldiers are buried have been called "Maozi Bridge", which has continued to this day.
