In the second half of 2023, the Municipal Transportation Commission accepted a total of 31,645 complaints from the public transport industry, an increase of 21.65% over the first half of the year, including 8,571 complaints, an increase of 32.9% from the previous year.

Among the operating companies, Shanghai Shuilutong Tourism Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Airport Bus Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Golden Globe Taxi Co., Ltd. have the highest number of complaints per 10,000 people.

Among the bus lines, the three bus lines of Minhang No. 12, No. 71 and No. 196 ranked first in terms of the number of complaints in the semi-annual period.

In the second half of 2023, the average number of complaints about the passenger flow of public transport enterprises will be 0.13, an increase of 0.03 from the first half of the year and an increase of 0.01 from the same period in 2022.

A total of 17 bus companies in the city had more than 0.13 complaints per 10,000 people, accounting for 54.8%, of which Shanghai Water and Land Tourism Development Co., Ltd. had the most complaints (1.51 cases).

Minhang 12 Road (Golden Globe Taxi) has the largest number of complaints (13 cases) about this kind of problem.
