It is worth mentioning that this is the second time that Ni Xialian has reached the top in the WTT event - in July last year, she defeated three national table tennis players and finally won the women's singles crown of the WTT Czech Regional Tournament.
Ni Xialian was born in 1963, is the main player of the national table tennis women's team, and Cao Yanhua, Guo Yuehua, Cai Zhenhua and others are teammates, at the age of 19, she won the women's team and mixed doubles championship of the World Table Tennis Championships, and later went abroad to develop, won the European Championships and the European Cup many times and was selected for the Olympic list many times, and is still active in the field of the highest world champion.
Although she is about to turn 61 years old, Ni Xialian's competitive condition is still very good, last year she defeated national table tennis players Guo Yuhan, Zhu Sibing and Chen Yi in the Czech Republic to win the championship, and at the beginning of this year, she defeated the national table tennis hope star Kuo Man, and then became a new winner on the Lebanese stage.
In the first round of the feeder tournament, Ni Xialian met Germany's Manz, which caused her to lose a game and win 3-1, but then the road to promotion was like a hanging.
In the second round, Ni Xialian's opponent was the mediocre Turkish athlete Altinkaya, who easily won 3-0; In the third round, she met the big dark horse of this year's Busan World Table Tennis Championships, and the Indian player A.
