In order to further crack down on malicious debt evasion, prevent and resolve financial risks, and improve the quality and efficiency of the enforcement of financial-related cases, on March 19, the Linyi County People's Court and Linyi Rural Commercial Bank jointly launched a special centralized enforcement action for cases involving rural commercial banks, and launched the "charge" for the implementation of the law in 2024 with a thunderous momentum. Mao Xuhui, director of the Executive Bureau of the Linyi County People's Court, said that the special action focused on the joint punishment of non-performing loans related to rural commercial banks, severely cracked down on malicious evasion of enforcement, continued to optimize the business environment under the rule of law, and made positive contributions to the economic development of the county.
"Let's go!" At 9 o'clock in the morning, with the order of the county court executive bureau, the special enforcement action officially began. The operation lasted for 3 days, without greeting and strictly confidential, with a total of 5 police cars, 40 enforcement officers, 11 bailiffs and more than 20 staff members of rural commercial banks. According to the preliminary investigation and established plan, the executive personnel quickly rushed to the scene, and comprehensively adopted measures such as posting announcements, signing plans, and judicial rumors, so as to focus on and enforce all financial cases involving rural commercial banks in the county.
On the first day of enforcement, a total of 14 households were executed, 16 persons were found, 8 people were actually detained and summoned, and 6 cases were concluded, of which 2 were completed, 4 reached settlements, and the total amount of enforcement in place was 200,000 yuan, which had the effect of cracking down on one household, warning a group, and deterring one in society. In the next step, Linyi Rural Commercial Bank will continue to cooperate closely with the county people's court to severely crack down on malicious evasion of debts of rural commercial banks, continue to optimize the county's financial ecological environment, resolutely fight the battle of liquidation and disposal of risky assets, and promote the high-quality development of the county's economy.
