It is said that the Kachin Independence Army gave Peng Jiasheng 100 guns, and it was with these 100 guns that the Kokang Alliance Army came back from the dead, growing step by step, and by the Spring Festival in 2015, it could launch a powerful counteroffensive known as the "War of Liberation", and once the troops were under the city of Lao Cai, and in the 1027 operation in 2023, not only recovered the entire territory of Kokang, but also expanded its sphere of influence to Menggu, Guiji, Mubang and other places.
