In Shaanxi, Haoji Railway trains have increased their capacity and transported thermal coal in a steady stream; in Jiangsu, a number of express delivery companies have launched the "Spring Festival does not close" service mode to deliver New Year's goods to thousands of households; and in Hainan, 24-hour operations have been implemented in many ports in the Qiongzhou Strait to meet the needs of Ro-Ro passenger ships......
