Under normal circumstances, we practice Qi Shen Dantian in two ways, one is to seek tranquility in the pine. When we practice Tai Chi, the first and most important requirement is that we must be relaxed and calm during the exercise.

Relax your whole body. When we practice boxing or standing on the pile, the luck of qi, generally speaking, is to sink the qi in the dantian part, but it is not absolute, and those who are advanced in kung fu will follow their needs in actual combat, so as to lead the qi with intention and drive the qi and blood to run, so as to produce internal strength, which can run around the body.

Dynamic downward exercise: When Tai Chi exercises are boxing and walking, some take reverse abdominal breathing, that is, the abdomen is hollow when inhaling, and the abdomen is solid when exhaling. To induce qi to reach the abdomen, not to float, it is called the qi sinking dantian. When boxing, the mouth is slightly closed when inhaling, and the nose is inhaled, which must be slow, fine and solid, so as to lead the qi with intention, relax the whole body, and expand and rise under the pressure of the chest and diaphragm. When inhaling, the perineum is gently raised, the qi rises at the top, and when exhaling, it relaxes, and the qi sinks into the dantian under the umbilicus. The tail lube descends, and the valley road adducts. Combine for sucking and accumulating, and exhale for opening. When exhaling, the thoracic diaphragm muscles descend, the air is drawn downward, the qi sinks into the dantian, the lower abdomen is compressed and the bottom of the concave cavity is compressed, and there is a feeling of swelling, the tail lug rises, and the air sticks to the back.

"The chest is hollow and the stomach is heavy", telling us how it feels to be a heavy dantian.
