When it comes to changing my family's phone, I personally go through three stages.

2. Delete the app and leave only the ones you use it often

3. No Internet access, including app stores

To some extent, many mobile apps are more and more difficult to use the more they are updated, so I recommend that in addition to WeChat, Douyin, weather, clock and other apps, directly disable their Internet access, even in the app store.

We can help your parents upgrade all the time you go home next time, but if you are not at home and your parents won't use the app after the app is automatically upgraded, it will be too much of a toss-up.
