There was a time in my life's journey when I chose to slow down and stay in Egypt, a country rich in history and mystical culture. The full 80 days of immersion brought me endless surprises and emotions. It's a journey of exploration, realization, and love, an adventure that makes my soul boil deep.
On the first day, when I set foot on Egyptian soil, it was as if time had stood still. The streets and alleys are full of exotic atmospheres, and the Nile River is like a flowing river of time, carrying thousands of years of civilization. I walked through the hustle and bustle of Cairo and felt the pulse of the city. As the sun sets, the pyramids shine in the afterglow, like magnificent historical monuments, reminding me of the emperors and queens of the past.
In this mysterious country, I have met many unique and passionate people. Among them, a tour guide named Ahmed made the most impression on me. He exudes a love for the history of his homeland, and through his guidance, I feel as if I have traveled through time and space and personally felt the magnificence of Egypt's ancient civilization. During this time, I immersed myself in a romantic evening on the banks of the Nile. When night falls, the boats on the Nile are lit up and the music and sparkling waves are intertwined into a moving symphony. I met a young Egyptian couple on the boat, who were spending time hand in hand, their eyes shining with a bright vision for the future. Their love story made me think deeply about love, and Egyptian love seems to contain more tenderness and depth.
In the desert of Egypt, I also encountered a thrilling desert trip. Walking through the desert behind the pyramids, the melodious sound of camel bells seems to be a symphony played for me by the god of the desert. And the bumpy desert trip allowed me to meet a local guide named Abdullah. He is well-versed in every inch of the desert and uses his vast experience to lead us through the sand dunes and make me feel the mystery and tranquility of the desert every step of the way.
In Aswan, I landed on the largest island in the Nile, Philae. Known as the island of Eros, this place has a mystical and serene feel. The island's ancient temples and turquoise Nile River make it a dreamlike wonderland. I spent a peaceful afternoon here, bathed in the Nile breeze and with a lot of thoughts.
The 80 days of settlement gave me a deep appreciation for the warmth and kindness of the Egyptian people. Whether shopping at the market or getting lost in the alleys, there are always eager locals willing to lend a hand. With their simple smiles and simple language, they made me feel the deep emotional bond between people.
