Procurator General Hu Ye and Deputy County Magistrate Zhu Jiang listened to reports on the supervision and law enforcement work of the detention center and the work of procuratorial supervision in the detention center, inspected the reception hall, interrogation room, meeting area, monitoring room, and procuratorial work area in the detention center, and went deep into the prison area to learn about food supply, safety precautions, and supervision and education of detainees.
After the inspection, Procurator General Hu Ye fully affirmed the supervision and law enforcement work of the county detention center and the procuratorial supervision work in the detention center, and put forward three requirements: First, do a good job in food safety and disease prevention and control, and adopt methods such as diagnosis and treatment in the detention center and medical treatment in the detention center to promptly and effectively treat the sick detainees, so as to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests and health of the detainees. The second is to implement measures for physical and human defense, technical defense, conscientiously check prohibited items, fully grasp the ideological dynamics of detainees, do a good job in psychological counseling for detainees and police officers on duty, inspect facilities and equipment, and ensure normal operation. The third is to strictly enforce work discipline during the festival, and the police on duty and the procuratorial personnel stationed in the station should be in place, conscientiously perform their duties, strictly implement the emergency response plan, and promptly discover and properly respond to various problems.
