The first treasure is kindness, and the Tao is the love of all things, which is his first treasure and the most important treasure. When you have this kindness, you will love others. Therefore, the first treasure is kindness, and the second treasure is thrift, saving and consuming.
Three said that I dare not be the first in the world, that is, I am indisputable, I dare not be the first, I am subordinate, I dare not be the first, I am weak, you let me be strong, I dare not be the first. Therefore, the three words do not dare to be the first in the world, that is, all the characteristics of the Tao that we learn, he will not come first, but will come last.
"Husband, so you can be brave;"
Because of kindness, you can become brave. When do people become brave? Is it when you give up yourself for others, you become brave and fearless, so when you have compassion, you have courage.
"Thrifty, so you can be wide;"
Because it is thrifty and consumes less, it can be very wide, wide, wide, long, big, and wide.
In our lives, if you are thrifty, you can buy a lot of money? I can use it for a long time, I can buy a lot of things, I only buy those that are cost-effective, isn't it wide? You can buy a lot, if you buy expensive ones, you can't buy a few and they will be gone.
Another example is the relationship between two people, saying that if I am frugal, consume less, and be thrifty, can your relationship become more long-lasting?
"I don't dare to be the first in the world, so I can be long-lasting. ”
Because I don't dare to be the first in the world, I can achieve some things and let some things grow. This is very easy to understand, if everything is fought for, all are ahead, it is difficult to do things, and you have no way to let the people and things around you grow, it will only make them have no soil for growth.
If we look at this sentence as a whole, compassion is particularly important in our lives, and we have talked about compassion for things, that is, we should be full of compassion when we treat a thing. If you say that we use a water cup at home, and you are kind to it, will you have feelings with this water cup after a long time, and it can be used for a long time; for example, if you are kind to the flower you raise, you will find that it is spiritual. Another example is the door of the house, you close and open it lightly, this is kind, can he use it for a long time?
If we are kind to our lover, you are like a kind old man, you love him, and you can't bear to hurt him, your relationship will be better.
If you are kind to your child, what is the situation of a loving old man? The child said, "Grandpa, I don't want to go to school today." "Actually, if you don't want to go, forget it. "You see this is kindness, isn't it a whip that you have to go, is it still merciful?
What is love? You can do anything, it's like if I touch your head, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's okay, it's okay, it's like that. Compassion is not inclusive enough, anything is fine, you want you to be happy, you want you to be better, everything else is not important, you see this is called compassion.
The first treasure we have to learn is kindness, we have to be kind to everyone around us, including every object, at this time you are not only taking care of things, but also maintaining your own Dao heart, the more kind you are, the more your heart will be in tune with the Tao, your heart will become softer, and your compassion will come out.
We can imagine that if we are now a 100-year-old man, and you have experienced everything, you have let go of everything, you have no quarrel with the world, and you don't have anything to care about, will you naturally become kind? Say that you are walking on the road and see a person throwing garbage away, will you be angry? Say this child, how can you do this, you also say with a smile, because you are full of love. You say that this child is good at everything, but if you don't study hard, it doesn't matter if you learn the Tao or not, this is the state when you see through everything.
So you imagine yourself as an old man of the common people, I have experienced so many things, I am so old, do you still have something to cling to? So what else is good or bad, all good, so a kind old man is always smiling, everything is good, everything is good, nothing is bad, this is kindness.
The second is called thrift, and with compassion is thrift, that is, there is less of everything, less emotion, less temper, less standards, and less harshness of others. Things in life, if you can do less, you can do less, you can use less, you can use less, you can consume less, this is thrifty, so thrifty can be wide.
Think about it, with kindness and frugality, do you still want to be the first in the world? Why do you want to be the first in the world, is there anything to fight for? Do you think that you are now a 100-year-old man, who is loving and thrifty, do you want to fight with him? What are you fighting for? If you want to take it. Therefore, once there is kindness and thrift, the naturally formed thinking is not to dare to be the first in the world.
Let's look at it again, and the Tao says that I am too big, so big that I don't know what I look like, because I don't know what I am like, so I can last a long time, if I have a fixed shape, it will be thin for a long time, it will have long been thin, it has long been gone. But I have three treasures, these three treasures, I continue to protect him, one is kind, the second is thrifty, and the third is not daring to be the first in the world.
"If you give up your kindness and courage now, you will be frugal and broad, and if you give up your later, you will die." ”
If today I give up my kindness, and I am brave, and I give up thrift and breadth, that is, we are not thrifty, we do not consume less, but we are still broad, and we want more; That is to say, if people want to lose these three treasures, they will be left brave, and they still want to be wide, and they want to take it first, which is the status quo of most people, and they will die. It's that everything ends badly.
"Fu Ci"
The focus is on compassion again, because among the three treasures, compassion is the first, because of kindness, so it can give birth to thrift, and only then can it give birth to not daring to be the first in the world.
"Fight is to win. ”
This battle is that you want to move forward, if you want to do something, you have this compassion, you want to do something, as long as you want to do it, you can win, because you have compassion, all so many people support and support you, so you win by fighting.
"Stick to the Code"
If you say I don't want to fight, I don't want to move forward, I just want to defend, then it's going to be strong and no one can break it.
"Heaven will build it, as it is with mercy. ”
Yuan refers to the wall of the wall. If Heaven wants to build you better, surround you with compassion, and you will be invincible.
What kind of truth is that talking about? He said that there are three treasures, the first treasure is compassion, if the heavens want to make you better, they will let you have compassion, as long as you let you have this compassion, and use compassion to surround you, you can do anything better, you can win if you want to fight, and you can fix it if you want to defend.
Let's talk about it the other way around, if the heavens don't want to build you, as long as you don't have that kindness, you will die if you want to fight, and you won't be able to hold if you want to defend.
Chapter 69 talks about the Three Jewels, and at the end it actually talks about the word "compassion", as long as you have compassion, you can have whatever you want, and if you don't want anything, he will become very strong. If you don't have this kindness, you are still brave, you are still broad, and you still want to be the first in the world, and the final result will be bound to die.

It's the same with business, I don't want to pay for the customer, I don't want to let others get benefits, I don't want to make others more comfortable, I want to earn his stuff, and the end result is death.
This truth is actually very simple, as long as you have this compassion, you can have whatever you want, and if you don't want anything, he is still strong. If you don't have this kindness, then you still want it, and the result is death.
