The shield section from Qianling Station to Tanglin Park Station is laid along the main road of Tanglin Road, and the total length of the right line of the section is 1233.872 meters. The main traversal strata are round gravel, fully weathered, strongly weathered and moderately weathered granite strata, which belong to the typical "soft at the top and hard at the bottom" strata, and the degree of rock weathering varies greatly, and the maximum strength of the rock in local areas is more than 80 megapascals, which is extremely difficult to construct.
During the construction process, Shenyang Metro Group and the project department successively overcame the difficulties of changeable geological conditions of the excavation section, uneven soft and hard strata, large water content, complex pipelines above the section, and large ground traffic flow, and promoted the construction in an orderly manner. In view of the key and difficult problems faced by shield construction, well-known experts in the industry have been invited to conduct on-site analysis and guidance for many times, optimize the construction plan, implement various safety emergency measures, establish special emergency mechanisms such as ground safety control in the tunneling process, and ensure the safety of the pipeline and road above; follow up the secondary grouting in time after the completion of the tunneling, and strictly control the settlement index; The wearing parts are stored in advance, and the opening position is reasonably selected according to the geological conditions, and multiple measures are taken to ensure the smooth penetration of the right line of the section, and also accumulate valuable experience for the shield tunneling construction of Shenyang Metro in the composite formation.
