Yuhua District is a pilot area for the Ministry of Natural Resources to deepen rural collective management construction land, and the delisting of the plot also marks the first rural collective management construction land at the municipal level in Changsha City, and the city's rural collective management construction land has made new progress in the pilot work.
The parcel is located in Jumping Horse Village, Jumping Horse Town, Yuhua District, with a land area of 6,900 square meters, planned for commercial use, with a plot ratio of less than 2.0 and a transfer period of 40 years.
Before the parcel entered the market, the Municipal Natural Resources Trading Affairs Center and the Yuhua District Branch of the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning actively completed the formulation of relevant systems and plans for entering the market; In order to smoothly promote the pilot work, in-depth research on the optimization of the implementation strategy of rural collective management construction land in Changsha City, and continuously optimize the market entry plan, the first parcel of land was successfully listed on December 29, 2023.
