From March 2024, the above-mentioned social insurance benefits will resume on the 15th.
Tianjin
On February 2, the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security issued a document saying that all social security benefits in February will be issued in advance on February 6, including: the city's urban employee pension insurance benefits, urban and rural residents' pension insurance benefits, work-related injury insurance benefits, and unemployment insurance benefits.
In March 2024, the payment of various benefits will resume the original scheduled payment date.

Zhangye, Gansu
On February 1, the Zhangye Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued a document stating that it would complete the distribution of pension insurance benefits for enterprise employees, government agencies and institutions and urban and rural residents in February by February 9.
From March, various pension insurance benefits will be paid back to normal hours.
Kaifeng, Henan
On February 2, the Kaifeng Social Insurance Center issued a document saying that the pension of retirees in February will be issued in advance, and the pension of retired (in-service) personnel who were originally scheduled to be paid on the 15th of each month is expected to be paid in place on February 9.
The original payment date will be reverted after March.
