Recently, Myway Co., Ltd. delivered a number of OLED flexible screen laser cutting equipment to Xiamen Tianma Display Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianma Display Technology"), which was applied to the mass production of its 6th generation flexible AMOLED production line - mobile phone screen and smart wearable screen, empowering the AMOLED business development of Tianma Display Technology.

The equipment is used in the EAC process, which is an important part of the production of OLED flexible screens, and uses a high-precision, multi-head synchronous laser to cut the entire flexible substrate into the specified size and quantity. Due to the complexity and precision of the equipment and the high technical difficulty, when Maiwei entered the field, the market was completely dependent on imported equipment.
Through in-depth research on key technologies such as laser, precision control, and algorithm control, in 2019, Myway successfully developed the first OLED G6 half laser cutting mass production equipment in China, filling the domestic technology gap in this field and becoming one of the few companies in China to provide Cell segment process equipment. The equipment has been delivered to Visionox and BOE, and has achieved stable large-scale mass production on the client side, and the advantages of product reliability, yield, production efficiency, and production cost have reached the international leading level.
In addition, starting from 2022, Myway Co., Ltd. has provided equipment transformation and upgrading for the original 21 sets of imported OLED laser cutting production lines for a client, which has significantly improved product quality and output and won customer recognition.
Based on the customer affirmation accumulated for several years, in July 2023, Myway and Tianma Display Technology reached a supply contract for five OLED flexible screen laser cutting equipment, four of which have recently moved into the client production line, and the other will be delivered in March 2024.
