On 2 February, the eve of the Chinese New Year, an installation of the famous cartoon character "Hello Kitty" was unveiled at a shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the birth of the "Hello Kitty Cat" image, and the mall will hold the "HELLO KITTY · The "HAPPY 50" anniversary celebration, the Hello Kitty 50th anniversary "parade performance" float installation, the 5-meter-high Hello Kitty wish Dharma statue, the Hello Kitty lion garden, the Hello Kitty art exhibition special co-branded and limited sales of sculptures, paintings and jewelry will be presented to citizens and tourists in 5 experience areas. On the same day, Yuko Yamaguchi, the designer of "Hello Kitty", also appeared at the event and painted for the "fans" on the spot.
