In the early stage of the event, the Daoli District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Aijian Sub-district Office coordinated Huili + Living Port to provide nearly 100 square meters of main venue for employment enterprises, and reasonably planned the job fair venue to ensure that the venue was properly arranged, the atmosphere was harmonious, clean and orderly, and a good communication environment was provided for the participants.
At the event site, according to the responsibilities and requirements of different positions, the relevant units provided policy answers, job introductions, skills training, career planning and other heart-warming services in accordance with the principle of not only retaining talents in the province, but also attracting talents from outside the province to stay in Harbin City.
Combined with the upgrading trend of Harbin's ice and snow tourism service industry and the characteristics of different employment groups, more than 1,200 positions in 25 tourism, accommodation and catering industry enterprises such as Modern Group, Manhattan Hotel and Harbin Memory Catering Management Co., Ltd. were selected for recruitment. More than 1,000 job seekers negotiated at the event site, and employment positions such as scenic spot management, tourism planning and surveying, catering room attendants, and time receptionists attracted much attention, and 320 job seekers reached employment intentions with recruiting companies, and a total of 1,500 copies of various employment and entrepreneurship support policy publicity materials were distributed.
