As the Hanshan Zen Master said: My heart is like the autumn moon, and Bitan is clear and clean. There is nothing comparable to Lun, and who is to say.
Solitude is an expensive freedom.
Because only lonely people can get rid of the fetters of material and spiritual, achieve a complete self, and achieve the fullness of life.
For example, when you face the vast ocean, or climb a mountain to the top, you will have a feeling of "vibrating thousands of miles and filling thousands of miles", nothing will disturb you, it is a very satisfying state.
The world of solitude is far more beautiful than the real world.
Fulfillment in solitude
Jiang Xun once wrote in "Six Lectures on Loneliness": Loneliness is different from loneliness, loneliness will panic, and loneliness will be full.
A person who guards loneliness will eventually find his true self, true freedom, and is often born in loneliness.
When a person learns to be alone, he or she can attain the fullness of life.
Even if you are lonely, you can be at ease, even if you are lonely, you must be self-consistent, and even if you are lonely, you can be free.
The real loner is not to find a secluded corner in order to achieve his loneliness, but to be a dervish in a desert no matter where he is.
It's like an old man quietly writing, drawing, and staring at the fish in a fish tank in a corner of a noisy room, with no distractions in his mind, as if no one was around.
It is a kind of concentration that leads the eyes scattered in the external things back to the inner world, and it is a self-sufficiency of peace of mind, a clear and peaceful contentment with nothing else to seek.
