Foreword
The award ceremony and opening ceremony of the 2023 "Colorful World, World Cultural Heritage" International Youth Painting Invitational Exhibition, co-sponsored by the Beijing Municipal Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and various units, was held at the China Film Museum on November 6, 2023. The offline exhibition will last until November 20, and the cloud art exhibition (website: colorfulworld.waae.com.cn) will be launched at the same time.
The exhibition has achieved fruitful results and has attracted wide attention from all parties. Some of the outstanding works were exhibited at the 45th session of the United Nations World Heritage Conference, the first international film festival of UNESCO film heritage, and the 2023 "China International Public Service Advertising Conference Public Welfare Ceremony", and 48 paintings were included in the theme book "I Love Beijing" and presented to the guests of the Beijing Cultural Forum as gifts.
From 43,000 works from 61 countries, the exhibition selected 287 award-winning works from international teenagers and 1,140 award-winning works from domestic teenagers. In the near future, the official account of the Beijing Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries will launch a series of WeChat, with selected news reports, award-winning speech videos, and award-winning works for broadcasting, so stay tuned!

Hello everyone, my name is Firty Sukmadianti and I am from Indonesia. I am very pleased to be able to participate in the 2023 "Colorful World, World Cultural Heritage" International Youth Painting Invitational Exhibition and win the second prize in the youth group. My work represents what I see as the cultural heritage of Indonesia and China, both of which are wonders of the world. I know that there are many other cultural heritages in the world, and although there are many cultural heritages that are difficult for the world to see, they have a unique and extraordinary beauty. Cultural heritage is a national symbol, so let's continue to protect our cultural heritage and keep it alive forever. Because I believe that the cultural heritage of different countries makes the world more colorful.
Romania: Puiu Ana Maria
Hi, my name is Puiu Ana Maria. I am very pleased to be able to participate in the 2023 "Colorful World, World Cultural Heritage" International Youth Painting Invitational Exhibition and won the second prize in the children's group. My work is called The Dacian Eagle and depicts a castle in Romania. The castle is located on the Olasti Hill and was built for military purposes and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. To understand the true value of a monument, it is necessary to understand and appreciate its history. Over the years, the castle has not only showcased the beauty of nature, but also has a rich history spanning thousands of years, and it has been internationally recognized for its unique cultural and natural heritage.
