8.2. The house shall be delivered according to the status quo, and the tenant shall be deemed to have met the requirements of the tenant for the use of facilities and equipment such as the site, water and electricity, fire protection and other facilities and equipment of the house, and shall not make any claims or compensation on the grounds of the leased site and the quality of the house after acceptance, unless the house has been identified as a dangerous house by the appraisal department, and the property rights are being handled.
