Back in 2013, Luo Xiaojun, who graduated from Gansu Agricultural University, had been working in a design institute under the former Gansu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry for 8 years. When talking about the reason for starting a business at the beginning, Luo Xiaojun said that when he and three alumni talked about starting an engineering consulting company at a dinner party, because of their interest, the three of them hit it off, joined the entrepreneurial team, and started the arduous road of entrepreneurship.
This year, despite the opposition of his family, Luo Xiaojun resolutely resigned from his job and started his own business with his economics major and work experience. Luo Xiaojun said, "That was my original dream, I made a decision and implemented it, and once I had chosen, there was no way back." ”
The road to entrepreneurship is by no means an easy one. At the beginning of the business in 2013, due to insufficient funds, he learned that Lanzhou High-tech Zone reduced all the rent in the first year to encourage enterprises to start a business, he and his partners chose to settle in the Science and Technology Innovation Park of Lanzhou High-tech Zone, and only had a desk and three computers in a 30-square-meter office.

One snowy night in 2014, on the way to the environmental engineering project plan in Zhuoni County, Gansu Province, the vehicle slid to the side of the road in order to avoid the walking yaks, causing the vehicle to burst a tire. Luo Xiaojun said that in the middle of the night, Party A called again and said that the plan needed to be modified, and in order not to affect the matchmaking meeting the next day, they worked on the spot while waiting for rescue. "The next day, when Party A saw our frightened appearance and the sincerity and attitude it brought, it was deeply moved, and the plan was affirmed by various departments in the county, and the project was successfully implemented. ”
In the years of entrepreneurship, I often wore the stars and the moon, worked during the day and traveled at night, and the stars did not ask passers-by.
