Liu Fahong had long wanted to kill the landlords who oppressed the people, and he resolutely joined the Northern Expedition National Revolutionary Army. Liu Qigang, a fellow countryman who played with him, also decided to join the army.
After they discussed it, they made an appointment to sign up for the army at the recruitment registration station.
The day before leaving, Liu Fahong went up the mountain to chop a large bundle of firewood and stacked it again. Next, he went to visit his cousin and the elders of the clan. ‘

When he learned that the village cared about his father very much and gave him a subsidy of 500,000 yuan (10,000 yuan per yuan), Liu Jinxuan immediately took out 500,000 yuan and handed it over to two relatives from his hometown, asking them to return the money to the village in person.
