In recent years, the demand for energy transformation and energy conservation and carbon reduction brought about by the energy crisis and environmental protection requirements has become more and more urgent, which has promoted the large-scale application of new energy such as photovoltaics, and household photovoltaic energy storage systems have entered thousands of households. In addition, with the improvement of people's living standards in the mainland, the energy consumption structure of residents is becoming more and more diversified, which makes the per capita electricity consumption of residents increase year by year, and carbon emissions also increase, which contradicts the mainland's goal of achieving carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060. The "14th Five-Year Plan for Modern Energy System" points out the direction for solving this contradiction: building a smart energy system with multi-energy complementary integration and intelligent optimization, and intelligent regulation and control of energy demand is an important way to build a clean, low-carbon, safe and reliable energy system. The home energy management system is the smallest unit of smart energy system with multi-energy complementarity and optimal control. However, there are still many technical problems in the system, such as the high starting voltage of photovoltaic power generation, the poor anti-interference ability of the system, and the mismatch between the energy demand of residents and the power generation, which affect the efficient use of energy.

In view of the power generation problems under low-voltage and low-light working conditions caused by building characteristics and meteorological reasons in residential scenarios, the dynamic control of photovoltaic power generation and the voltage adaptive control of DC bus are realized, and Midea pioneered the highly adaptable photovoltaic inverter ultra-low voltage operation control technology, which greatly breaks through the lower limit of photovoltaic power generation voltage in the industry and greatly improves the photovoltaic power generation.

In order to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the system under extreme working conditions, Midea pioneered the high-power wide-boundary condition anti-interference energy storage DC conversion technology, which enhances the response reliability and rapidity of the single-channel high-power energy storage DC circuit, and makes the system resist long-term communication interruption and disturbance.

In order to realize the load migration control, heat pump adaptive control and thermoelectric collaborative optimization control of the system, Midea pioneered the dynamic optimization control technology of multiple coupling of cold and heat for photovoltaic energy storage, which broke through the technical problems of mismatch between supply and demand of residential photovoltaic energy storage and heating and heating system, and the multiple coupling of system cooling, heating and power, and greatly improved the energy self-sufficiency rate of the system.
