The enterprise invests in the establishment of more than 3 companies with the same name as the company, and all of them have been in operation for more than 1 year; 3. The industries of more than 3 companies invested by the enterprise belong to different categories of the national economic industry. Group Name: 1. The enterprise is a registered enterprise legal person, 2. The company holds more than 3 enterprise legal persons. In addition, the name of the enterprise group shall be consistent with the name of the administrative division, trade name, industry or business characteristics of the parent company of the enterprise group.
