Israel has categorically denied that it has committed "genocide", while the United States and Germany have shown their support for Israel, and other Western countries have remained silent.

At the court trial that day, South Africa made it clear in an 84-page legal campaign that Israel had failed to provide basic food, water, medicine, fuel, shelter and other forms of humanitarian assistance to the inhabitants of Gaza. South Africa believes that Israel has violated the provisions of international law. South Africa has made it clear that Israel has carried out an ethnic cleansing campaign against the Palestinian population in the Gaza Strip. According to Israel, South Africa has agreed to send all its weapons to the Gaza Strip in order to prevent the PLO from starting a new round of war. South Africa also calls on Israel to immediately end its violations in Gaza.

Judge Joan Donogo from the United States, who is also the president of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, publicly read out the list and promised that he would conduct a fair trial.

The jury is made up of 17 judges. Among them, Xue Hanqin is a female judge from China, who is not only the first Chinese female judge of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, but also the first female vice president in history.

At its first hearing, held on 11 January, the Tribunal heard from the South African legal team, which made it clear that "Israel has the intent to commit genocide in all political and military aspects". The 12th is not only the second presentation of the court, but also marks the final hearing.

On that day, Israel continued to massacre civilians in Gaza. The health department in Gaza announced on the 12th that the death toll had risen to 23,469 as a result of Israel's acts of aggression, while the number of injured exceeded 59,600.

The health authorities in Gaza also noted that in the last 24 hours, Israeli occupying forces had carried out 10 more mass killings in Gaza, resulting in 112 deaths and 194 injuries. Among them was a female victim. At the same time, the occupying forces have intensified their bombardment of central and southern Gaza, while the Hamas resistance movement continues.

On March 16, 2022, Ukraine filed a lawsuit with the International Court of Justice in The Hague, which ruled that Russia "immediately suspends its military activities."

We are all waiting to see how this trial against Israel will turn out!
