On January 25, the launch ceremony of the 2024 Spring Festival transportation in Xian'an District and the opening ceremony of the new energy bus operation of the all-for-one bus was held in the Xian'an District Passenger Transport Center. Wang Gang pointed out that when the curtain of the Spring Festival in 2024 opens, the transformation of public transportation in Xian'an District has made new achievements, and the 40 pure electric buses have been officially put into operation, which has contributed to the city's creation of a national public transport city during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and will also add a beautiful scenery to the travel of urban and rural residents during the Spring Festival in our city.
Wang Gang emphasized that the 2024 Spring Festival is the first normalized Spring Festival after the epidemic prevention and control is stable. All departments at all levels in the city should raise their awareness, think of the difficulties, accurately grasp the new characteristics and new requirements of this year's Spring Festival transportation work, adhere to the people-centered development thinking, and go all out to ensure the smooth and safe transportation of the Spring Festival. To implement measures, the responsibility in place, the transportation department to strengthen the source of governance, urge the passenger station to strictly implement the "three do not enter the station, six do not leave the station" system, and do a good job of emergency duty during the Spring Festival. It is necessary to optimize services, deliver warmth to the place, respond to the concerns of the masses in a timely manner, and let the masses travel safely, orderly and warmly. All departments at all levels should work together, strengthen supervision, strictly enforce the law, investigate and deal with illegal price increases, illegal operations and other violations of laws and regulations during the Spring Festival transportation period in accordance with the law, and earnestly maintain market order.
It is reported that the all-for-one bus project in Xian'an District will be launched in 2023 and will be implemented in two years, with a total investment of 190 million yuan. It is planned to fully cover 125 administrative villages in Xian'an District, renovate 37 rural bus lines, purchase 154 rural passenger vehicles in batches, and purchase 100 new energy electric vehicles. At present, a total of 23 rural bus lines have been put into operation, 111 passenger shuttle buses have been acquired, and 64 new energy vehicles have been put into operation. The expansion project of Xian'an Central Passenger Station has started construction.
In the work of promoting the transformation of public transportation in the whole area, Xian'an District also focuses on highlighting the characteristics of benefiting the people and the development of service industries, and reduces the original rural passenger fares by 30%. The full implementation of the elderly card and other types of public transport preferential cards, has issued more than 2,000 senior cards. Focusing on cultural tourism, education, health care and other industries, it has opened 10 tourist routes such as Gaoqiao Radish Town, Damu Cherry Blossom Valley, Zishan Lake Honeymoon Bay Rose Garden, and 5 customized bus routes such as Hubei Health College, Chucai Vocational School, and Pagoda Technical School.
In 2024, Xian'an District will combine the creation of public transport cities and all-for-one public transport demonstration counties, accelerate the acquisition of the remaining all-for-one public transport projects and the opening of lines, accelerate the expansion of Xian'an Central Passenger Station, and ensure that it will be completed and put into use this year The construction has become effective.
