1. Raw materials

2. Processing technology
The high-quality eucalyptus wood is cut and the criss-cross stable cross structure is created by rotary cutting veneer, and then more than 9 layers of paving and pressing are carried out to create the finished board. Compared to the traditional connection method used in solid wood panels, the "special" cross structure is more stable and the joints are less prone to breakage problems. The pavement of more than 9 layers further improves the load-bearing and deformation resistance of the slab.
In addition, while the eucalyptus planks are pressed, a layer of fine material is also required to pave the board surface. Through the pressing process, this layer of fine material can not only improve the strength of the plate, but also flatten the board surface, so that the board surface can achieve a more extreme flatness.
The flatness of the decorative board is extremely high, and the deviation between the plates is ≤±0.15mm, and the finishing effect is good. According to the statistics of the factory side of Osborn, the pass rate of plate veneer pressing is 98%-99%, the pass rate is increased by 1%-3%, and the cost of a single sheet is reduced by about 1-2 yuan per sheet.
The decorative board meets the requirements of UV light curing, pp, PET, high gloss, ammonia paper solid color and other popular finishing processes, the effect is exquisite, effectively reducing the common problems of bubbling, carbonization, wavy lines, chipping, cracking and other finishes in the later stage of the finished product, and the finished furniture is more durable.
