1. Early pregnancy (before 12 weeks): The weight change of pregnant women is basically maintained at 1~1.5kg.
At this stage, folic acid and vitamin B6 can be supplemented appropriately
Morning sickness is more intense at this stage, so you don't gain as much weight.
'2. Second trimester (13~27 weeks): The weekly weight gain at this stage should be controlled at 0.3~0.5kg.
At this stage, you will suddenly find a sharp increase in appetite and will always wake up in the middle of the night to eat – but think again
3. Third trimester (28~40 weeks): refers to the time between 28 weeks and childbirth. This stage is the maximum acceleration period of fetal development, and the weekly weight gain of the fetus is about 200g, so the average weekly weight gain of expectant mothers at this stage is about 0.5kg.
Note that this is only a normal recommendation and will be analyzed for people with different body mass index (BMI).
The first step is to calculate your BMI value. Body mass index (BMI) = weight (kg) ÷ height (m)2
In the second step, the following criteria are used to determine the range of weight gain throughout the pregnancy.
Pregnant women with low birth weight (BMI<18.5) can gain 12.5~18.0kg during pregnancy;
Pregnant women with normal weight (BMI 18.5~24.9) can gain 11.5~16.0kg during pregnancy;
Overweight pregnant women (BMI25~29.9) can increase their pregnancy weight by 7.0~11.5kg;
Obese pregnant women (BMI>30) are only allowed to gain 5.0~9.0kg during pregnancy.
For example, a pregnant mother who weighs 60kg and is 1.68m tall, BMI=60÷(1.68×1.68)=21.3, belongs to a normal weight pregnant woman (BMI18.5~24.9), then the weight she can gain during pregnancy is 11.5~16.0kg. As can be seen from the above criteria, the higher the BMI value, the more overweight the standard, and the stricter the weight control becomes throughout the pregnancy.
Mine is 70/1.65 squared = 25.4, a little overweight, and it's also an overweight pregnant woman
But the first four months didn't grow at all.
The baby is gone
