Translation: Fish swim gracefully in the water, but they don't feel like they're in the water, and birds fly freely in the air with the help of the wind, but they don't know that they are in the wind. If people can recognize this truth, they can detach themselves from the temptation of material desires and enjoy the pleasures of life.

Translation: Regardless of the influence of all kinds of vulgar thoughts in the world, there is naturally no feeling of cold and fear in my heart. Eliminate the meanness and vulgarity in your heart, open your mind, the bright moon is common in front of you, and the breeze blows from time to time.
3. The face is swept away with ten layers of armor, and the eyebrows are hateful;
Translation: Peel off the layers of camouflage on the face and reveal the true face, then the face will not be annoying, and the words will make people feel sincere and interesting when they are cleared of all kinds of worldly evil thoughts and crooked thoughts that are contaminated in the heart.
