Logically speaking, it can be said that all the acupuncture points in this place can be called the main acupoints, and the most commonly used ones are the so-called five acupoints. Just like we say that the human body is full of acupuncture points, and there is no acupuncture point that is not a acupoint, and the acupuncture points that are determined are the meridian acupoints, more than 360 points. The so-called meridian acupoints, one refers to the acupoints on the meridians, and the other meaning refers to the acupoints of regularity and constantness. For example, when we talk about traditional Chinese medicine, we can say that nothing is not medicine, but the determined medicinal materials are limited, and we say that traditional Chinese medicine refers specifically to these medicinal materials. The five loss points are the most commonly used acupuncture points, so we generally say that this loss is the first point, which specifically refers to the five loss points.

The spleen comes out of the hidden white, for the well wood, slips in the capital, for the xing, notes in the Taibai, for the Yu, walks in the Shangqiu, for the scriptures, and enters the Yin Lingquan, for the combination.

The kidney comes out of the spring, is the well wood, slips in the valley, is the xing, is injected into the Taixi, is Yu, is in the compound slip, is the meridian, enters the valley, and is combined.

The bladder comes out of the yin, for the well gold, slips in the valley, for the xing, into the bundle of bones, for Yu, too Jing bone, for the original, in Kunlun, for the scriptures, into the committee, for the combination.

The gall comes out of the yin, for the well gold, slips in the Xia River, for the Xing, notes on the cry, for Yu, too mound, for the original, the line in the yang, for the meridian, into the Yangzhiling Spring, for the combination.

The stomach is out of the force, for the well gold, slipping in the inner courtyard, for the xing, injected into the valley, for Yu, too chongyang, for the original, walking in the Jiexi, for the meridian, into the lower tomb, for the combination. Xialing is also Zusanli.

Sanjiao, out of Guan Chong, for the well gold, slipping in the liquid door, for the xing, injected in the Zhongzhu, for Yu, too Yang Chi, for the original, line in the branch ditch, for the meridian, into the patio, for the combination.

The small intestine, out of Shaoze, for the well gold, slipping in the front valley, for the Xing, injected into the back stream, for Yu, too carpal bones, for the original, walking in the Yang Valley, for the meridian, into the small sea, for the combination.

The large intestine, out of Shangyang, is Jingjin, slips in the second room, is Xing, is injected in the third room, is Yu, is too Hegu, is the original, travels in Yangxi, is the meridian, enters the Quchi, and is combined.

It is said that the five internal organs are Yu, five five twenty-five Yu, and six six thirty-six Yu.

These 61 acupuncture points need to be remembered, and as the foundation of the 12 meridians, basically these acupuncture points can be used well, and most diseases can be treated.

Five losses are divided into five elements, starting from the well, and are born in order. Yin, yang, with wood gas as the beginning, its wells are all wood, yang, yin, with gold as the beginning, its wells are all gold. From the well, the yin meridian is wood, fire, earth, gold and water, and yang meridian is gold, water, wood, fire, and earth. Therefore, the Yin Sutra, Jingmu, Xinghuo, Yu Tu, Jingjin, Heshui, Yang Jing, Jingjin, Xingshui, Yumu, Jinghuo, Hetu.

There are two problems in this, the three yin of the hands and feet and the three yang of the hands and feet each have six meridians, and each of them has five yu, so the yin meridian should be five, six and thirty, and the yang meridian should also be fifty six thirty, why is the yin meridian five five twenty-five, and the yang meridian is six six thirty-six?

This is because when the Lingshu book loses the Yin Sutra and the five Yu, it only talks about the hand Taiyin lung, the hand syncope yin heart master, the foot too yin spleen, the foot syncopation yin liver and the foot less yin kidney, but does not talk about the hand less yin heart, so there are only five five twenty-five yu. Later, in the article on evil guests, the Yellow Emperor asked, saying, the veins of the hands are less yin, and there is no Yu, why not? Qi Bo said: The veins of the heart are also the veins of the heart. The heart, the master of the five internal organs, the spiritual place, its organs are firm, and the evil Buddha can tolerate it. If you let it go, your heart will be sad, if your heart is sad, God will go, and if you go, you will die. Therefore, all the evils lie in the heart, all of them lie in the envelope of the heart, and the envelope is also the vein of the heart master, so there is no Yu Yan. That is to say, the heart is not subject to evil, and all the evils suffered by the heart come from the pericardium, so there are no five loses in the Heart Sutra.

These five infusions are mainly used to cure diseases of the internal organs, that is, they are mainly used to cure diseases of the internal organs, not to cure menstrual diseases. For example, if a person's arm hurts and the pain is in the hand Shaoyin Heart Sutra, then this is a menstrual disease, and his organs are not diseased, so it is not to take five losses to treat, but to take the specimen to treat. Where is the origin of the Shaoyin Heart Sutra? At the end of the bones, it is equivalent to the Shenmen acupoint, so take the Shenmen acupoint to treat it.

In the scriptures, the Yellow Emperor said: Shaoyin is alone and there is no Yu, not sick? Qi Bo said: Its external meridian is sick and dirty is not sick, so it is only taken from the end of the sharp bone behind the palm. That's what it means. Of course, it is also possible, because the five losses are originally part of the original loss. Later generations added the five loss points of the Hand Shao Yin Heart Sutra, like the Shenmen is the Yu point that belongs to the five loss points. Therefore, if you lose five words, you will also include specimens in it.

Then why are the six intestines six six thirty-six again? This is because in addition to the five losses, the six intestines also have an original acupoint. What does this original acupoint mean? The original acupoint actually originally referred to the original acupoint of the five internal organs, and the original chapter of the Nine Needles and Twelve Needles of the Lingshu only talked about the original acupoint of the five internal organs, but did not talk about the original acupoint of the six internal organs. The original acupoint of the five organs is the Yu acupoint in the five losses, that is, the Yu acupoint in the Jingxing Yu meridian. The original acupoints of the five organs are all named after Tai or Da, the lungs are originally Taiyuan, the heart is the original Daling, the heart here refers to the pericardium, the Daling is the acupuncture point of the pericardial meridian, the liver is too chong, the spleen is too white, and the kidney is Taixi. One on the left and one on the left, that's ten. Then in addition to the five viscera, there are also the original dovetail, the original neck, the dove tail is under the heart, the neck is under the umbilicus, the dove tail and the neck are one each, so there are twelve in total, called the twelve originals.

This is because the human meridians we talked about before are generally larger than the hand meridians, the foot meridians have root knots, while the hand meridians have no root knots, the yang meridians are larger than the yin meridians, the yang meridians have root slip injection, and the yin meridian has no root slip injection, and the meridians are clutched, and the yin meridians merge with the yang meridians. The original acupoint is the true qi from the three jiao of the pass, the three jiao are connected to the five organs and separate the six organs, so the six yang meridians each have an original acupoint.

Loggers, cut down its roots, of course, we also treat the disease to this loss-based, the five points contain both the five elements of the viscera, but also contain the specimens in it, so the application of the five points is particularly extensive.

How to use the five acupoints?

The first usage is divided into five variations.

The main well is dirty, the main color of Xing, the main color of Yu, the main sound, and the main taste.

The so-called five changes, such as the heart, have five kinds of lesions. Its visceral change, that is, the heart itself is injured, taken in the well, that is, the well of the heart meridian, its color changes, the heart is red, for example, a person sees red, taken in the heart of the Xing acupoint, time change, that is, sometimes good and sometimes bad, taken in the Yu acupoint, sound change, heart sound sign, if a person sees the sound of the signs, the treatment in the heart meridian acupoint, its taste changes, the heart taste is bitter, if a person is bitter in the mouth, take it in the heart meridian acupoint. All other scriptures are like this.

Therefore, the scriptures say that those who are sick in the viscera should take it from the well, those who are sick from the color, those who are sick from it, those who are sick from the time, those who are sick from the sound, those who are sick from the stomach, those who are sick from the diet and those who are sick from eating and drinking, take it from the combination, which is called the five changes.

The second usage is divided according to the external weather.

The heart of the well master is full, the body of the master is hot, the main body of Yu is heavy, the main body is wheezing, and the main body is venting against the qi.

This is the division of the difficult scriptures, and it is actually the same as the division of the five changes of the inner scriptures. The main body of the well is full of dirt, the main body of the star is hot, the body is hot, the color changes, the main body of Yu is heavy, when it is light, the main wheezing cough, wheezing and coughing is hoarse, and the main body is venting against the qi, and the food and drink are obtained.

The third usage is to divide it according to the five elements, which has the original use of the child and the mother.

The five lost holes, its well to cure the viscera, Xing Yu to govern the outside, through the combination of the inner, the void is to make up for its mother, in fact, it is its son, not prosperous, take its origin.

For example, for example, the hand Taiyin lung meridian, the lung belongs to gold, and the five acupoints of the lung meridian are Shaoshang Jingmu, Yuji Xinghuo, Taiyuan Yutu, Jingqu Jingjin, and Qize Heshui. The meridian canal acupoint belongs to gold, and the lungs also belong to gold, and their properties are the same, so the meridian canal is the main acupoint of the lung meridian. Taiyuan belongs to the earth, the earth is born of gold, Taiyuan is the mother acupoint of the lung meridian, the void is to make up for its mother, and the lung deficiency is to make up for the abyss. Qi Ze belongs to water, gold is water, Qi Ze is the sub-acupoint of the lung meridian, in fact, it is its son, and the lungs are really Qi Ze. All other scriptures are like this.

In this way, each meridian has a corresponding mother, child and main acupoints of the viscera, and the acupoints can be taken to treat the disease of the deficiency and reality of the viscera.

In addition, because the well points are generally at the end of the fingers or toes, the acupuncture points are relatively small, and it is more painful to tie up, which is inconvenient to carry out the laxative operation, so it is generally necessary to fill the well when it is supplemented, that is, when it is necessary to fill the well point, it is not taken to make up the well point, but to take the combined point to make up, because the combination is the mother of the well. And if you want to purge the well, you can directly prick the bleeding.

This is the basic use of the five acupoints, which is equivalent to including the tonic laxative of the entire meridians and viscera.

Therefore, the scriptures say that those who lose this are all because of the void and reality of their qi, which is said to be due to the rush and diarrhea, and because of the decline and supplement, if so, the evil qi is gone, and the true qi is solid, which is the order of the heavens.

The way of acupuncture, the beginning of the end, the way of the end, it has specimens, there are five losses outside the specimen, there are root knots, there are root slip injections, there are the governance of Yu Zhao, there is the governance of the Huixuan, there is the governance of the original network, there are the eight veins, there are the intersection of the meridians, and there are strange points outside the meridians. In addition, there are five thorns, nine thorns, twelve thorns, as well as tonic laxative techniques and so on. I wanted to tell you all about it slowly, but I found that if I continued to talk about it like this, it would be too much, and I guess I wouldn't be able to finish dozens of lectures. We are a basic class, so we can't talk about it so much, and we can only talk about it when we have time to talk about acupuncture and moxibustion. If you understand the basic structure of the meridians, understand the specimens of the end and the beginning, and learn the use of the five acupoints, you can basically get started.

Of course, some of our recipes are state secret recipes, and these are for the sake of protection, so as not to be misused, which is another matter.

Journey to the West Xuanzang learned the scriptures, after nine hundred and eighty-one difficulties and retrieved, after the scriptures fell into the water in the Tongtian River, was stained by the water and incomplete, Xuanzang repented, and the traveler said, heaven and earth are incomplete, and the scriptures are not complete. This world is long, and nothing can be done.
