Notes:

(1) If the shrimp has hepatosporus, drain the water, repeatedly rinse with a water gun at least 2 times, then dry the pond disinfection, the quicklime increases to 400 kg /mu (or with the fire alkali caustic soda 50 kg/mu for assistance), and the silt is fully mixed and deeply cultivated, and then 10 to 20 cm of water is soaked and disinfected for more than 2 days, and then the extubation is discharged or drained (otherwise the alkalinity is too heavy, and it is difficult to reduce the PH value in the follow-up), and then rinse with water again;

2. Water inlet

(2) Coastal brackish water areas or saline areas: the water inlet reaches a depth of about 0.5 to 1.8 meters, and can be filled with water at one time;

4. Freshwater shrimp farming area in the mainland: salinity regulation + mineral element blending (simulating seawater)

The adjustment of salinity is based on the salinity of shrimp fry after coarseness and dilution: suppose that the salinity is 2.5 ‰, and the water depth is 0.6 meters when the seedlings are released as an example (that is, an acre of 400 cubic meters of water body, and the subsequent water depth will be slowly deepened)

(1) Method 1: Sea salt + "complex calcium, magnesium, potassium, bromide boron mineral elements" (for inland freshwater soil ponds)

"Tutang Plan B" plans to add about 2000 jin / mu of added amount: per mu: sea salt 800 kg + "composite calcium magnesium potassium bromobron mineral elements" 400 kg, which can be adjusted to about 2.5 ‰ salinity;

The cost of adding 1200 yuan / mu, the cost per kilogram of shrimp is 0.6 yuan / catty;

If the water source is surface water, after the above adjustment, it can generally reach: calcium 90ppm, magnesium 130ppm;

If the water source is groundwater, calcium and magnesium will be much higher;

(2) Method 2: Salt halide + "complex calcium, magnesium, potassium, bromide boron mineral elements" (for inland freshwater soil ponds)

"Tutang Plan B" plans to add about 2000 jin / mu of the added amount: per mu to add: salt halogen 4000 kg + "complex calcium magnesium potassium bromobron mineral elements" 400 kg, which can be adjusted to more than 4.0 ‰ salinity;

Add the cost of 3000 yuan / mu, the cost per kilogram of shrimp 1.5 yuan / catty;

If the water source is surface water, after the above adjustment, it can generally reach: calcium 120ppm, magnesium 180ppm;

If it is groundwater, calcium and magnesium will be much higher;

(3) Method 3: Directly mix with seawater

Close to the sea, where there is a ship, you can directly use a tugboat to transport seawater in and into the pond for mixing;

(1) It is strongly recommended to use method 2 in freshwater soil ponds in the mainland, that is, the method of salt brine, and the success rate of shrimp farming is very high;

(2) Sea salt and salt brine sources are very important, it is best to find people who have used to recommend the source of goods, or personally to investigate the qualifications of the salt farm, this is very important, if you use inferior sea salt and salt brine, I am afraid that the whole army will be destroyed;

(3) The above earthen ponds with sea salt or salt brine, after raising a shrimp, try to retain the water body, and leave it to the next year to raise shrimp to save costs, that is, a pond of water breeding more shrimp to save costs;

(4) The formula of "complex calcium magnesium potassium bromobron mineral elements": magnesium chloride hexahydrate 50 kg, calcium chloride dihydrate 7 kg, potassium chloride 2.5 kg, potassium bromide 0.5 kg, boric acid 0.15 kg; a total of 60.15 kg; artificial stirring evenly, standby can be;

5. Adjust the total alkalinity of the water body

Freshwater shrimp farming in the interior does not need to adjust the total alkalinity before releasing seedlings, and there is no need to toss it again:

(1) After the reserve of 1000 kg/mu of dolomite powder in the silt in the front, and the sea salt (salt halogen) and the "complex calcium, magnesium, potassium and bromobomer mineral elements" are dissolved later, the total alkalinity of the water body at this time is generally more than 120ppm, and there is no need to toss it anymore;

(1) Before releasing seedlings, do not directly sprinkle calcium carbonate, shell powder, dolomite powder and other powder raw materials into the water body to adjust the total alkali test, because the shrimp fry intestine is too small, and after swallowing these powders by mistake, it will affect the intestine and cause gills problems;

(2) In fact, it is difficult to adjust the total alkalinity in the freshwater areas of the interior, which can be slowly increased after 30 days of shrimp fry, and only after 30 days of seedlings can be directly splashed with water with powder products such as dolomite powder, to raise prawns and high yields, there is no total alkalinity support is also not feasible;

6. Control phH

(1) The PH of seedlings is best controlled within 7.8~8.5 in the afternoon;

(2) If the PH is high, citric acid can be used 5 to 25 kg/mu per water, and it can be adjusted, and it will not work again once;

(1) At any cost, the PH before the seedlings should be reduced to less than 8.5 (citric acid monohydrate), otherwise the salt halogen and "complex calcium, magnesium, potassium, bromoboron mineral elements" added at a large cost in front of the large cost, etc., the effect will be greatly reduced, because the PH is too high, the magnesium ions are insoluble, and they cannot be detected with conventional detection;

(2) Some farmers buy sodium citrate, which in turn causes PH to rise (weak acid), do not buy wrong;

7. Culture of bacteria

After the 3rd day of disinfection of bleach powder, the cultivation of high lactic acid bacteria phase can begin (with detoxification effect)

(1) Culture: do high lactic acid bacteria phase, use "strong micro-seedling emergency lactic acid bacteria phase" 500 g / mu + brown sugar 3 ~ 5 kg / mu + water about 50 kg, soaking and activating for 5 hours, if you can inflate and activate 5 hours The effect is better;

8. Cultivate algae fertilizer and hydroponic insects

The day after the cultivation of bacteria: start cultivating rich natural bait and algae, let the shrimp fry win at the starting line, use "fermented nitrogen fertilizer", there are the following options, of which "fermented fish sauce" is better:

(3) "Liquid fermented nitrogen fertilizer" "15 kg / mu, according to the situation to use 1 to 3 times;

(5) "Fermented wheat bran or rice bran liquid fertilizer" 10 kg / mu, continuous use for several days;

(6) "Fermented egg duck or layer chicken or suckling pig feed liquid" 10 kg /mu, instead of shrimp milk powder, continuous use for several days, the method is shown in the table note;

(1) Cultivated to the naked eye observation: water color yellow-green, emerald green, tea brown, tea green, shiny and sparkling, fat and tender, feel happy until;

(2) First cultivate bacteria (the previous column), then cultivate algae, do not engage in reverse; "fermented nitrogen fertilizer" also has a detoxification effect;

9. Complex heavy metals before seedling release;

10. After the 7th day, the seedlings can be put into the outer pond;

There are several sources of shrimp fry:

(1) Purchase of professional fry farms that have been diluted to 0.5 to 3.5 ‰ shrimp fry for direct placement;

(2) Purchase P5 aviation shrimp fry, there are indoor standard coarse dilution conditions, can be diluted indoors or add the standard thickness for 10 to 25 days, and then directly put the seedlings in the outer pond, there is time and conditions, it is best to mark larger, such as 3 cm or more, and then directly put the seedlings to the outer pond;

Note to this table:

(1): There are standard rough and diluted conditions, it is highly recommended to purchase high salinity P5 air shrimp fry, to dilute and appropriately mark the thickness, the reasons: one is the high survival rate after the pond, how many shrimp in the pond, the heart is numbered; the second is insurance, if you use the source of the first shrimp fry above, you may have only found out after 1 month that there is no shrimp in the pond, but time and energy have been wasted;

2. Freshwater shrimp farming in the inland: a pond of water breeds more shrimp

2. Replenish salinity - mineral elements

(1) First test the salinity, not enough 4.0 ‰ ("Tutang Plan B" is highly demanding), you can decide to add sea salt or salt brine through calculation;

(2) Re-test the calcium and magnesium content, not enough calcium 100ppm, magnesium 150ppm ("Tutang Plan B" is highly required), and then use "complex calcium magnesium potassium bromobron mineral elements" to make up for it;

(1) Add 1 kg of sea salt or 2.5 kg of salt brine per cubic meter of water, which can increase the salinity by 1‰;

(2) Add 100 grams of "complex calcium magnesium potassium bromoborm mineral elements" per cubic meter of water, which can increase calcium by 3ppm and magnesium by 10ppm;

3. Adjust the total alkalinity

Because the water has been filled with ponds, it is impossible to implant dolomite powder in the silt at this time, so it is impossible to adjust the total alkalinity;

And it is also not possible to directly sprinkle dolomite powder or calcium carbonate powder or shell powder, because shrimp fry will be released soon, and these powder products may block the parotid glands and intestines of shrimp fry;

The adjustment of the total alkalinity can be ignored for the time being; it is too low, and it can be temporarily adjusted with baking soda 15 kg/mu;

4. Adjust the PH value

(1) Ph.D. needs to be controlled between 7.8 and 8.5;

(2) If the PH is high, it can be directly adjusted with citric acid 5 to 25 kg/mu a water;

(3) If the PH is low, it can be directly adjusted with 5 kg/mu/time of quicklime, a small number of times;

5. Culture of bacteria + culture of algae: first cultivate bacteria and then cultivate algae

6. Detoxification + seedling release

Precautions: If the method of fermentation is used, pay attention not to over-fermentation, and feed it according to the time specified above;

If you are too busy and forget the fermentation time, the feed that has been fermented over-fermented can only be mixed and fed, mixed with 10 to 50% to feed; otherwise, the long-term use of fermentation material that exceeds the specified time to feed, but it will cause the shrimp intestinal flora to be single, resulting in thinning or disjointed intestines, but of course, once this occurs, immediately resume the prescribed operation, and in a few days it can return to normal, that is, this phenomenon is reversible;
