Karl Fischer reagent: Formulated and titrated by GB/T606.
This instrument is suitable for the determination of the moisture content of sodium citrate, a food additive prepared by fermentation and purification of starchy or sugar raw materials.
Analysis steps:
Take 20 mL of anhydrous methanol and titrate it to the end point with Karl Fischer reagent under agitation without recording the reading. Then quickly add an appropriate amount of the specimen (sodium citrate 0.1 g) and continue titration to the end point.
