Ingredients: lemon juice, baking soda, sugar, water, food coloring.
Experimental procedure:
1. Juice the fresh lemon and set aside.
2. Take an empty cup, add 280ml of water, pour in 48g lemon juice and stir well.
3. Continue to add about 25g of white sugar and stir well.
4. Add about 1.5g of baking soda, stir until completely dissolved, cover the cup lid.
5. Fine-tune the taste according to the feeling, add sugar or add lemon juice. You can also add 1 drop of food coloring according to your preference and change the color of the soda.
The experiment found that after adding baking soda, a large number of bubbles were generated immediately, and the cup wall became significantly cooler. Comparing the amount of lemon juice, sugar and baking soda, baking soda is the least, and lemon juice and sugar are between 1:2 and 1:3, and the taste is the best.
