【Announcement】In 2023, Baiyun Obo Mining Area will openly recruit community workers for physical examination and inspection

Dear Students:

According to the arrangement of the "2023 Baiyun Obo Mining Area Open Recruitment of Community Workers", the candidates who will enter the scope of physical examination and inspection will be determined in equal amounts according to the order of the total score from high to low and the number of people to be hired (see the attachment for the list for details). The physical examination and inspection work is hereby notified as follows:

1. Matters related to physical examination

(1) Physical examination time: 8:00 a.m. on January 12, 2024.

(2) Physical examination hospital: gather in the hall on the first floor of the Mongolian Medicine Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Baiyun Obo Mining Area (address: Rehabilitation Road, Baiyun Obo Mining Area, Baotou City).

(3) Physical examination standards: Refer to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial)".

(4) When participating in the physical examination, candidates should bring their interview admission ticket, ID card or temporary ID card, passport, social security card, and a 1-inch recent color photo with a red background. The physical examination fee is 200 yuan (to be paid by the candidate).

(5) If the candidate is in the menstrual period or pregnancy, please contact the recruiting unit in advance and inform the truth.

(6) During the physical examination, if the candidate's individual items do not meet the physical examination standards, he or she can be re-examined in a third-class hospital or above within 3 days accompanied by the staff of the Office of the Recruitment Leading Group, and the re-examination can only be carried out once, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination.

(7) Candidates who fail to pass the physical examination, fail to participate in the physical examination within the specified time, or falsify or conceal the true situation during the physical examination will be disqualified from employment and will be dealt with accordingly according to the severity of the circumstances. Applicants will be compensated in the order of their total scores from high to low.

2. Instructions for physical examination

(1) After arriving at the meeting place, you must follow the arrangements of the staff and actively cooperate with the physical examination. During the physical examination, candidates should follow the guidelines of the staff and the order of the physical examination. After the completion of the physical examination, the physical examination form should be handed over to the staff for unified collection, and the candidates should not take it away, and the medical staff can only leave the physical examination hospital after the medical staff confirm that there is no missing test.

(2) On the day of the physical examination, you need to take blood and other examinations on an empty stomach, please fast for 8-12 hours before the examination, rest early before the physical examination, do not stay up late, avoid fatigue and strenuous exercise, eat less or do not eat high-fat and high-sugar foods, do not drink alcohol, eat lightly, and stop if you are taking antibiotics or vitamins and diet pills. On the day of the examination, wear light clothing and do not wear clothing with metal accessories.

(3) If a female person is required to note "menstruation" on the physical examination form during menstruation, please do not do a urine test, and then take the initiative to conduct a make-up test after the completion of menstruation;

(4) Candidates must strictly abide by the discipline of physical examination, conduct physical examination in accordance with the guidance of the staff and the order of physical examination, and obey the management of the staff. For impersonation and exchange of physical examination samples during physical examination, or other fraudulent situations, it will be handled as cheating. It is strictly forbidden for the parents and accompanying persons of the physical examination personnel to enter the physical examination meeting place and the physical examination area of the hospital.

3. Investigation matters

(1) The inspection work shall be carried out by the competent department of the recruiting unit and the recruiting unit. The inspection time is from January 15th to January 17th, please keep the contact information unblocked, and provide the personnel files and related materials required for the inspection work in a timely manner.

(2) The inspection work is organized by the leading group for open recruitment in Baiyun Obo mining area. The object of inspection is the personnel to be hired who have passed the physical examination.

The content of the inspection mainly includes the ideological and political performance, moral character, ability and quality, study and work performance, compliance with discipline and law, integrity and self-discipline, and whether it is necessary to recuse and other aspects. The relevant materials to be prepared by the inspected personnel include: their own school records, the political examination form of the staff recruited by the public recruitment examination for community workers in the Baiyun Obo mining area, personal resumes, social credit records, and certificates of no criminal record.

If the applicant fails to pass the inspection, he will be disqualified from employment after being determined by the leading group for open recruitment in Baiyun Obo Mining Area. If there is a vacancy in the post quota due to personal reasons or unqualified inspection during the inspection stage, it will be filled in equal amounts according to the total score of the examination from high to low.
