On January 9, the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Baiyun Obo Mining Area organized some representatives of the Municipal People's Congress and the District People's Congress in the district to carry out pre-meeting centralized inspection activities to prepare for the upcoming municipal and district people's congresses. The representatives successively came to the emergency medical treatment center and information platform project of the District Mongolian Medical Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the construction project of the R&D base of Baiyun Obo Mining Area of Inner Mongolia Hongqi Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., the high-strength and high-toughness rare earth alloy project of star fluctuation, the comprehensive utilization of fluorite resources beneficiation technology transformation project of Baiyun Obo Mine of Baotou Iron and Steel Jinshi Mineral Processing Company, and the clean energy matching project of Haotong Yizhi Smart Logistics and Warehousing, etc., to listen to the report of the relevant person in charge and learn more about the progress of the project.

At the symposium, Luo Huiwen, deputy head of the District People's Government, reported on the economic and social development of our district in 2023, the handling of the deputies' suggestions, and the completion of the projects voted by the people's livelihood deputies to the National People's Congress. The participants exchanged views on their own fields and the actual situation of our district, and put forward opinions and suggestions.

Zhang Hesheng emphasized that first, it is necessary to give full play to the role of representatives, carry out the theme propaganda activities of "feeling the party's kindness, listening to the party, and following the party", and publicize the achievements of the district party committee and the district government in the past year to the masses in a timely manner, so as to further enhance the confidence of the masses in the development of the region and gather the joint force for development.
