Many residents originally came to participate with the idea of "going through the form", but they did not expect their opinions to be written down in black and white, and more than 30 old reform contents were decided that night.
In the next six months, five more seminars were held on the renovation of Guangxing New Village, and the topics of each meeting were very specific, such as roof leakage, south wall wall, small square renovation, etc. Because of the effect, residents are also willing to participate.

In January of this year, it was exactly 5 years since the "Black Tea Council". Yesterday, Xiaohe Street held the fifth anniversary achievement exhibition of the "Black Tea Council", showing the grassroots governance problems solved in the past five years.
Parking spaces, properties, neighborhood conflicts

In 2020, Xiaohe Street combined the Black Tea Council with the "City Eye Cloud Co-governance" to develop the "Black Tea Council" mini program, moved the offline meeting to online and gradually formed a digital portrait.

At the meeting, the school proposed to install isolation soft piles on the side of the school, the law enforcement squadron proposed to remove the illegally installed tripods, and the community proposed to reasonably mark the road entrance parking spaces.
Within a month after the meeting, the number of on-street parking spaces was changed from 56 to 75, and the contradiction was resolved.

After the conflict between the Hushu Guandi Owners Committee and the property development, the Dahu Road Community of Xiaohe Street launched a black tea meeting, bringing together the property, the property committee, resident representatives and experts to coordinate and formulate regulations on the issues of public assets, supervision and selection mechanisms that have differences, and solve the turmoil of the community election.
Ding Qiang said that the staff will collect and screen the problems, and then organize a black tea meeting. In the past five years, more than 400 sessions have been held, more than 4,600 people have participated, and more than 300 problems have been solved after the landing conversion.

Starting from 2022, Xiaohe Street launched the facilitator training program, and selected 20 street department staff and social workers for professional training.
Yesterday, the street launched the "Black Tea Council Version 2.0", released the group standard of "Black Tea Council Grassroots Democratic Consultation Work Specification", and upgraded and iterated the "Black Tea Council" applet.
"A complete system and operating standards, sufficient facilitators, and a more accurate online system can make the black tea council model easier to promote and use. Ding Qiang, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the office of Xiaohe Street, said.
In the past five years, the "Black Tea Council" has been covered in 18 streets of Gongshu, and has been successfully selected as a "National Social Governance Innovation Case" and a typical case of the province's practice of the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era. Xiaoying Street and Ziyang Street in Shangcheng, Pengli Street in Binzhou, Shandong Province and many other areas began to learn from Xi.
"The earliest black tea meeting was to change the mentality of residents watching the fire from the other side and not caring about themselves, and let everyone discuss the things around them.
