54-year-old Wang Zeyu Si Wenwen, with a smile on her face, it is hard to believe that she is the anti-drug pioneer known as the "Iron Lady" of the anti-drug front.
Many years ago, when she was admitted to Yunnan College of Political Science and Law, she thought she would be a judge. When he graduated in 1990, it coincided with the expansion of the public security team, and in addition to the police school, some graduates from other universities related majors also needed to be recruited, so Wang Zeyu came to the Wuhua Branch of the Kunming Public Security Bureau. Wang Zeyu was assigned to the Tuqiao Police Station as an internal officer, and also participated in case handling, duty and other work.
In the 90s of the last century, heroin was rampant in some parts of the mainland, and many drug addicts were bred in society. She was on duty for the first time a week after entering the facility, and was responsible for the safety and diet of the drug addicts who were found to be in the detention center.
Wang Zeyu, who saw a drug addict for the first time, was stunned: this is a man in his 30s, so thin that he is out of shape, his hands and legs are covered with needles, and his skin has ulcerated in some places. His mother struggled to support a restaurant, but her two sons were addicted to drugs, and all the money they earned was "scourged". Wang Zeyu said that drugs are too harmful to people, and they must be eliminated.
In 1994, Wang Zeyu was transferred to the anti-drug team of the Wuhua Branch as an internal officer. Due to the special nature of the work, many tasks such as disguised investigation and tracking and monitoring all require female characters, and there are only two female policemen in the team.
Once, the police arrested the drug driver and seized more than 20 kilograms of heroin, in order to completely destroy the drug trafficking group, when the suspect is willing to cooperate with the implementation of controlled drug delivery, a female police officer who can speak dialect is needed to "close" as a girlfriend to break into the drug trafficking group. Wang Zeyu, who was still breastfeeding, received this task. For the next two days and one night, she followed the suspect every step of the way, maintaining a high degree of vigilance. In the process of waiting for the buyer to appear, it is necessary to ensure their own safety, prevent the suspect from turning back and escaping, and transmit information to the task force in a timely manner. During this period, Wang Zeyu successfully arrested the "goods" through the inspection of the "goods" and cooperated with his comrades-in-arms, and the anti-narcotics team smashed the entire drug trafficking gang.

As more and more disguised investigations and arrests were involved, colleagues gave Wang Zeyu a nickname: "Desperate Sanniang". "The moment I got close to the drug trafficker, I wasn't sure if the drug dealer had a weapon on her, or whether she would let me take the risk of occupational exposure, and more importantly, every time I made an arrest, I was worried about the loss of important evidence and the escape of the suspect. Wang Zeyu said.
Even if he would be "afraid", Wang Zeyu still rushed out as soon as possible in every anti-drug operation. In 1997, when the police needed to arrest a drug dealer who was dealing in drugs in a restaurant, Wang Zeyu and his colleagues waited in ambush in a tea room across the street from the hotel. The three suspects entered the hotel with the "goods", and during the inspection, the leaders of the team issued a signal to arrest, and the police rushed into the hotel one after another. "I was a little slower than my male colleague and fell behind. Wang Zeyu said that as soon as a suspect jumped out of the window, he rushed over and threw him to the ground by inertia. When her colleagues arrived to take control of the suspect, she realized that he was tall and strong, and estimated to weigh more than twice as much as herself. "It was all instinct and I didn't think about anything."
"Anti-narcotics work is extremely risky, but every member of the anti-narcotics team has the spirit of not fearing life and death and going forward one after another. Wang Zeyu said that in the border anti-drug work, two of his close comrades-in-arms sacrificed on the front line of the fight against drug crimes, and their heroic deeds gave Wang Zeyu a great shock at the same time, but also made her cherish her job more and more.
Over the past 30 years, with the efforts of her and her comrades-in-arms, the Wuhua Anti-Narcotics Brigade has cracked more than 17,000 drug cases, arrested more than 20,000 drug suspects, and seized more than 6.4 tons of drugs.

She used to be one of the most feared people in the community drug rehabilitation staff in the jurisdiction, and now, she is the person most admired by the community drug rehabilitation personnel in the jurisdiction.
In 2005, Wang Zeyu was transferred to the District Drug Control Office, and he and his colleagues took on the work of banning cultivation and drug use, prevention and education, and controlling and helping drug addicts. Go deep into the streets and communities, contact the police station to carry out community corrections and anti-drug publicity and education, and standardize the establishment of a "drug-free community" to create a work account...... She is passionate about her new role.
Wang Zeyu and his colleagues have established and improved the norms for community drug rehabilitation in Wuhua District, promoted the standardization of community drug rehabilitation offices in 10 neighborhoods, and carried out drug prevention education for students in 82 primary and secondary schools in the district, building a protective wall to isolate drugs.
With the progress of the work, Wang Zeyu found that various psychological problems make it difficult to break the "addiction" of community drug rehabilitation personnel, and many people have to face many pressures such as family and life after returning to society.
With Wang Zeyu's efforts, in June 2022, Wuhua District established the Chunyu Studio for Community Drug Rehabilitation and Community Rehabilitation, and set up Chunyu workstations in 4 streets to carry out one-on-one mental health counseling and psychological correction for drug rehabilitation personnel, so as to create a path to help drug addicts get rid of drug addiction and return to society.

At present, Chunyu Studio has carried out more than 600 person-times of psychological correction, more than 2,000 person-times of skill training, and 1,192 person-times of employment, helping many drug addicts to get rid of drug addiction and return to society.
