District Human Resources and Social Security Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade: "Zero Distance" Transmission of Rights Protection "Good Voice" in Law Popularization and Publicity

In order to effectively enhance the ability of workers to learn, understand and use the law, further create a good employment environment, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers, on January 8, the District Human Resources and Social Security Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade carried out a labor and social security supervision law popularization campaign with the theme of "complying with labor inspection laws and regulations and creating a good employment environment" in Yizhi Logistics Company.

With the goal of popularizing the legal knowledge of labor security, this publicity activity disseminates the latest labor security information to the majority of workers from the perspective of serving the masses, paying attention to workers, and facing enterprises, interprets labor security policies and regulations, and actively guides workers to act in accordance with the law and reasonably protect their rights, so as to fully protect the legitimate demands of the majority of enterprise employees.

In the next step, the District Human Resources and Social Security Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade will continue to intensify law enforcement inspections and comprehensively carry out a series of publicity activities of "two advances and three stresses", that is, entering key employment enterprises and key project construction sites, stressing policies, laws and regulations, and rights protection. Focusing on the implementation of the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on Guaranteeing the Payment of Wages to Migrant Workers", carry out more precise and targeted legal popularization publicity, continuously enhance the effectiveness of legal popularization and publicity in the labor field, further guide employers to regulate employment in accordance with the law, and workers to reasonably protect their rights, and truly create a legal environment that respects the law, learns the law, abides by the law, and uses the law.
