As the old industrial base of Hangzhou, seventy percent of Hangzhou's industrial output value used to come from Gongshu. Bio-health, accelerate the construction of projects such as East China Pharmaceutical and Life Science Industrial Park and Banshan Life and Health Valley, amplify the agglomeration and driving effect of AstraZeneca, BD and Daegu MediCity, and promote the implementation of key projects such as East China Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Innovation and Intelligent Manufacturing Center, Takeda China Innovation Incubator, and South Korea's JK International Medical Group, achieving an increase of more than 12% in added value.
E-sports entertainment, amplifying the radiation and driving effect of leading enterprises such as Tencent, NetEase, and Perfect World, and introducing heavyweight e-sports events, elite talent teams, and high-quality enterprises in the industrial chain, achieved an increase of more than 8% in added value.
In the new manufacturing industry, we will promote the implementation of industrial projects such as Hoymiles Gold Network, OLED Display Repair Project Phase II, and Ene Valley Technology, expand specialized and special new industrial clusters such as Hoymiles Electronics, Huapu Yongming, and Roledis, and strive to add 2 new national and 30 provincial enterprises, so as to achieve an increase of more than 6% in the added value of industries above the designated size.

Industrial development requires talents, projects, and funds to develop at the same time, so Gongshu explores the launch of the "scientist + entrepreneur + investor" mechanism.
In February 2023, Lierda Technology in Gongshu District was listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange, becoming the first stock in Hangzhou that year. In September, Zhejiang Zhuojin Environmental Protection Technology was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, becoming the first listed company on the Science and Technology Innovation Board in Gongshu.
Behind the listing of the two "specialized, special and new" enterprises are the promotion of industrial funds. Last year, Gongshu set up an industrial fund of 18 billion yuan to support industrial development, and directly invested in 35 projects that year.
