In May 2014, Tan Wei joined the Yuhua District Traffic Police Brigade, in addition to being responsible for road patrols, he was also responsible for the squadron's special task decomposition and traffic order rectification. At that time, at the age of 25, he was still a high-spirited young man. "At first, I thought it was a novelty, but it was very refreshing to ride on a motorcycle. Tan Wei said that in fact, every day he has to face wind and sun, dust and exhaust, and unreasonable accusations and nonsense from the parties involved in the accident.
Despite the difficult conditions, he still devotes himself to his work with passion. After 4 years of training, Tan Wei has become more mature in all aspects, and the team leaders also recognized his work ability and adjusted him to the 122 Squadron to take charge of accident police work. Now my job is to deal with all kinds of traffic accidents, and I am on an overnight shift every six days, and I need to rush to the scene immediately when I receive an alarm call.

Now that winter is coming, the temperature is lower at night, and when he goes out of the scene, his hands are so cold that he can't write and don't obey the call, Tan Wei revealed that he generally can't stay in the office when he is on duty, and he often deals with the last accident, and before he returns to the team, a new police situation is coming.
