Braille gives wings to the dreams of visually impaired children in Cameroon

January 4 is World Braille Day. Cameroon's Association for the Disabled has opened an inclusive school in the capital, Yaoundé. The school has a Braille curriculum where local visually impaired children can learn Xi Braille, giving them the opportunity to read and explore the world, as well as to better integrate into society. The school also has Braille teachers who translate classic literature into Braille and print it through a special machine for children to read and Xi. Here, Braille gives wings to the dreams of visually impaired children.
