"Alien + Man 2" will continue the plot of the first part, telling the story of the fierce battle for the Excalibur, as the hidden secrets are revealed, humans and Taoist priests return to the modern era to try to save mankind. In the first series, aliens compete with second-rate Taoist priests in the Goryeo era 631 years ago, and in the second series, ancient people travel to modern times to try to save mankind.
The first part of the film will be released in July 2022, with a production cost of 36 billion, 7.3 million profit and loss points, and the final number of viewers is 1.53 million. The second part was originally scheduled to be released in December of the same year, but it was postponed due to the failure of the first part. After that, the schedule was set for July 2023, but it was postponed again because of Kim Yonghua's "Moon".
The movie "Alien + Man 2" will be released in South Korea on January 10, 2024.
